kunal has been using technology in design over the last 25 years, from the very beginning of home computers and then onto Desktop PCs entering the commercial market. Having a creative bend of mind, he started coding graphics at the age of 7 and managed to gain immense knowledge marrying pure design with computer technology.
Based on this knowledge, he was hired as a consultant by various leading advertising agencies and media companies to help them setup in-house design facilities and creative workflows. He has held countless workshops and lectures on the correct use of software and hardware technology in creative work and mixed media across the world.
Ashlesha has over 20 years of work experience in strategic communications and has worn several hats from marketing and HR to operations and business development. Having graduated as a student of science and armed with post graduate studies in Mass communications, her solutions are a perfect blend of logic and creativity. She is extremely self-motivated and result-oriented with great interpersonal skills. Over the years she has also developed a forté in the children’s education space and has personally conceptualised and handled production of several board games and learning aids. She believes in creating compelling ideas that contribute to the both the brand’s ethos and business goals.
Diya, loves simple and minimalistic design. She’s always thinking of innovative ways to keep things clean and communicating the client's message in the most effective way. Visit our studio, and you’ll always see her looking for simpler solutions to complete projects while humouring people around her in the process.
She loves dabbling with illustrations and is a big foodie or we should say, the ‘Desert Monster’ of the studio!
ravi, our graphic designer, is passionate about creating great designs for our clients across print and online. Every idea that stems from ravi's creative mind, matches our clients' expectations.
When he's not busy designing, you'll find him either scribbling creative thoughts in his notebook or better behind the viewfinder of his camera, capturing some great visuals that help him boost his creativity.
rajendhar is part of our development team at nomsans and is well versed in desktop and mobile ui coding. besides being an avid music and cricket lover he loves reading novels. he has a very innovative mind when it comes to problem solving in his coding skills.
sumesh thampan nair is our resident accounts expert and looks after all the areas that designers often don't. This includes book keeping, accounting, invoicing, etc. In a nutshell he has the agency's pulse from a numbers perspective and keeps the rest on the right path.
In addition to numbers, Sumesh loves to dive deep into the dark realm of financial statements and reports (how interesting, right?), and he's also an avid sports enthusiast especially when it comes to cricket and football.
raj heads our development team. Even after he’s completed his tasks, he spends most of his time experimenting and learning new web technologies. He enjoys building everything from small static web-pages to rich dynamic websites.
Besides being this hardcore techie, Raj loves to engage himself playing outdoor sports and loves travelling to explore new places.
melvin has been a part of the brand and communications team for over 15 years which includes over five years experience in digital marketing. He was with KPMG's India practice for 9 years where he managed the firm's website, social media accounts, paid media and mobile apps.
vir is our hardware man. when he's not building pcs for our teams and vendors and generally keeping us on the cutting edge, he helps our clients build their dream machines through our custom pc brand - artem. and then we deck them with some serious design!
surendra is one of the most important people in the office. Without him, we wouldn’t be in office. Seriously! He’s got the keys. A one-man army, Surendra makes sure we get our caffeine fixes and meals on times. He also gets our work delivered and also ensures payments are being picked up on time from the client’s office. Basically, he makes the office tick. Ughhh! How we hate it when he’s on leave...
